Nutrihealth Genie does not offer refunds for any of our products or services. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Our policy is designed to protect our business and ensure fairness for all customers.
Refund & Payment Terms
1. Program Fees
Fees for each Program are outlined on our website and in the Program terms. These fees must be paid in advance for the full duration of the Program.
2. Program Activation
The Program will begin upon receipt and realization of the Program Fees.
3. Non-Transferability
Programs are non-transferable to another person, except as detailed below.
4. No Refunds
All payments are non-refundable. We are not obligated to provide refunds under any circumstances, including humanitarian grounds. In the event of the Client's death, a prorated refund may be issued, deducting the fees for the period the Program was utilized. This refund will be considered as a waiver of any further claims against the Company.
5. Payment Gateway Issues
Refunds due to payment gateway failures or chargebacks will be subject to the respective payment gateway's terms and conditions.
6. No Cancellations
Once a Program subscription is made, it cannot be cancelled for any reason, and no refunds will be provided.
Transfer Option
If you are dissatisfied with our service, you may transfer your plan to another person for the remaining duration, subject to discussion and approval by the Nutrihealth Genie team. Please contact us within 30 days of your purchase to initiate a transfer.
